Nice hotel, but if you want to sleep dont get room 404 to 407 they have a kitchen exhaust the is running 24/7, and they told me they couldn't stop it, yes very strange why that has to run constantly when the kitchen closes 10pm

Central location. Rooms shabby but clean. Duvet cover was two large sheets folded together!! Room 408 is situated right next to the mother of all extractor fans! See photo. Right by our bed head. Reception Got us moved next day but had to repack on our last day in Canada. The management obviously know this room should not be used. The hotel has an amazing hot spring in the basement which is why I gave it 3 stars. The restaurant is Mexican food which was good. The bar busy with great atmosphere, mostly a young crowd. The staff were lovely .

June 6 and 7th, 2026 This was one of the most appalling hotel experiences my husband and I have ever had. We checked into what was supposed to be a clean, prepared room, but unfortunately we did not inspect the beds immediately upon arrival. We had been up since 4:00 a.m., had traveled all day, and both of us were feeling quite ill. When we finally got ready for bed that evening, we discovered what appeared to be fecal matter on one of the supposedly clean bed sheets. Finding human waste on bedding is beyond unacceptable. It clearly indicated that the room had either not been properly cleaned or that housekeeping standards were severely lacking. At that point, exhausted and sick, I did not want hotel staff coming into the room. Instead of each using one of the double beds we had paid for, my husband and I were forced to share the one bed that appeared clean enough to sleep in. What made this situation even worse was the way management handled the complaint. Rather than apologizing and taking responsibility for the condition of the room, we were effectively accused of putting the fecal matter on the sheets ourselves. To be treated as though we had fabricated such a disgusting situation was insulting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide guests with clean, sanitary accommodations. Not only did this hotel fail at that fundamental duty, but management’s response demonstrated a shocking lack of customer service and accountability. The condition of the room was bad enough. Being accused of causing the problem ourselves was the final insult. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage prospective guests to carefully inspect their rooms before settling in. We tried to resolve this issue diplomatic but they only gave us $50 off on a $600. room per night. I strongly recommend on looking elsewhere for accommodations.
