Hidden Ridge Condo Resort

Spent $2000.00 for 3 nights run down rooms but was clean. Fake wood for the fireplace that would not burn. Rooms were noisy could hear the guests upstairs even flushing there toilet. All t-fal pans and nothing provided for the oven. The balcony doors need maintenance. The hot tubs are poorly placed very small alot of children screaming. Absolutely not relaxing if that is what you are looking for. Very expensive for what we got! Not impressed

We had to move away, the 2 different rooms offered us bear no relationship whatsoever to their own photos. The rooms were very, very old, dirty, the fan extraction falling out of the bathroom ceiling, years of dust in the bedroom, we didn’t not dare sit on the sofa, the lighting so poor it felt like a cave. The staff at the front desks helped us to move elsewhere and didn’t seem shocked about what we said, it felt like they had done the procedure to move people out before. It was a very expensive cost to stay. I simply do not understand others reviews who rate it highly? Maybe some rooms have been improved? Our felt like it was built in the 1970’s and had not been improved since! Also the front door hinge and bottom of the door broken. My worst experience ever in a hotel . Sorry but the truth.

First stay here in 8 years. Seems like zero maintenance completed in the past 8 years. Shower wouldn’t drain, mould on the bathroom ceiling, oven/stove didn’t work properly, and the hot tub, which has beautiful views, is falling apart. Very disappointed considering what you pay. We checked out early!
