Do not stay ! Worst experience ever. Dirty floors, broken doors, smelly rooms and air conditioner not working, unclean parking lot.

Great location. With gas prices up and down, this is very close to a C-Train hub, close to downtown, on the bus route on Macleod Tr. My room was clean, sheets immaculate, towels super clean, bathroom sparkling. I would stay again. I would like to give a shout-out to Rukar, the front desk person who checked me in. Lovely, efficient, kind with good people skills. Thank you Rukar.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived a bit early and asked if it was possible to check in. We were told no, which we understood. However, the frustrating part was that we weren’t even allowed to wait in the lobby until check-in time. What made the situation worse was that we had already prepaid for our room, and we were later told that our room was actually ready anyway. Despite that, the staff still refused to let us sit in the lobby while we waited. Being turned away from the lobby as paying guests felt extremely unwelcoming and unnecessary. A little basic hospitality and courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression.
