The rooms at this Homewood Suites are quite large and offer plenty of space to spread out. The suite included the standard Homewood setup with stainless steel appliances and a functional kitchenette, although there was no oven. There were a few disappointments during my stay. The bathroom featured a traditional bathtub/shower combination rather than a walk-in shower, which may matter to some guests. More concerning was the robe in my room, which had visible stains on it. When I contacted the front desk to request a replacement, I was initially given pushback and told that only one robe is provided per room. After explaining that the robe in my room was stained and that I wasn't asking for an extra robe, only a clean one, I was told a request would be submitted but that there were no guarantees. The mattress was another weak point. It either seemed quite worn or was of lower quality, as it was lumpy and creaked whenever I moved. As a result, I didn't find it particularly comfortable for sleeping. Overall, this is a fairly typical Homewood Suites property with spacious rooms and useful in-room amenities. However, the stained robe, less-than-helpful response from the front desk, and uncomfortable mattress left room for improvement.

We had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options for all tastes. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, a special shout out to Karen & Raman. A wonderful way to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The hotel shuttle arrived 10 min after receiving our call. Bobby, the shuttle supervisor is very friendly and gave us information on how to commute to downtown. The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The hotel room is clean, spacious and close to airport. There are various items for breakfast.
