Ramada Calgary Downtown

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size but decor is very dated and dark. It could do with a refresh and revamp.

Good location downtown, quiet and clean as well, important for sleep. Walkable to the Calgary Tower, around 15 mins, and close to big malls and restaurants.

They charged my card for parking after I had already left, which isn’t a big issue. However, I needed a receipt and tried reaching out by email and phone for five days, leaving multiple messages, but received no response. It was all bots and answering machines, with no real support from the hotel. Very frustrating to deal with, no humans in the loop.
