Radisson Hotel And Conference Center

Well located in the Canmore area. Barely 15 minutes from the entrance to Banff Park. The rooms were okay, nothing more (cheap furniture and decor). The pool was strangely located; we had to walk in our swimsuits in front of the restaurant terrace to get there. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; we heard a dog yapping all night and the dog was one floor below. The air conditioner was super noisy, motel-style.

Nice hotel. Nearby First Call Tavern is a fun Honky-Tonk with $7 20oz.

Nice hotel located outside Canmore's direct center. It is easy to get to the surrounding parks from the hotel, as it is right next to the highway access to Banff. The rooms are clean, albeit slightly cramped. Kah felt that it was difficult to hang clothes because the space for this was limited. The staff is very nice, especially at the reception and in the small coffee bar. The only thing I experienced as negative was the additional fee for parking. Especially since the fee did not provide a guaranteed place. However, I had no problem any day finding parking on the hotel grounds. Another thing is the elevator which is undersized in relation to the size of the hotel. However, it is easy to take the stairs instead.
