BEST WESTERN CITY CENTRE INN

Friendly service from all the staff at this clean, comfortable well located Hotel. Room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had good amenities. Smaller Pool and Hot tub worked well. There are good breakfast specials and we enjoyed 2 of them which were hot and delicious. Would return here and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a restful stay.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is great. The rooms are so clean. The staff is amazing. It doesn't matter who you meet. From the general manager, to the staff at the front desk, to the staff at the restaurant, to the janitor and housekeeping. Everyone is amazing. The restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is a la carte which I prefer. Dinner is great. Lots of choice. The staff is so friendly and always in for a joke. If you want to go to Edmonton then this is, in my opinion, the best hotel to go to. The location is perfect. Right across the Kingsway mall.

The staff were horrible and confrontational!
