HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES EDMONTON-AT THE MALL

I travel a lot for work and for personal. This hotel is my hotel of choice in Edmonton, first, it was because of the location and the price. However, it has the best customer service. Especially Avnita! She is amazing, kind, and thoughtful. Honestly, she is the sweetest person. I have never had better customer service in North America! Additionally, the pool has extended adult-only times where the hotel has a games room. Lastly, I am severely allergic to dust mites, but this hotel has hardwood and very little fabric, so I don't have to worry about reacting. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Canada. 10/10

The room was extremely small, wasn’t what the pictures showed at all! We expected a king room with space. Instead we basically got “down graded” to a small king room next to the elevator. The bathroom didn’t even have towels in it, had to search for them. There wasn’t even a chair (other than the office chair, to sit on. I recommend asking where your room is located! Not what I expected from the Best Western standards. Thoroughly disappointed.

Good staff great breakfast excellent location for our family visits. Close to restaurants and shopping.
