Days Inn Edmonton Airport

Best hotel I've ever been in. All staff were very pleasant, kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Room service was great. Rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable. The restaurant buffet breakfast is complimentary and was absolutely delicious. Also free beverages (coffee, lattes, hot chocolate) anytime which was so cozy in the evening and honestly very tasty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the next time we are in Edmonton this is going to be the hotel we book. We are so excited to come back and would love to try swimming in their pool next time! I wish I could give more stars. It was also really affordable.

Friendly staff helpful comfortable bed close and easy access to family. In 104 but next visit rooms closer to entrance door like 122 etc better as husband limited in walking. Breakfast okay but difficult for me as Crohn's disease so limited in foods I can eat and now more medical issues and on low fat diet but I brought my own sourdough bread to toast so I would have something to eat. No low or skim milk so no cereal either.

I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Mostly the reception desk and Satinder and her co workers. After being refused boarding on a flight home from a wonderful holiday, she was the most welcoming, most caring soul. She was so patient with me not making sense of anything. With her guidance through the 2 days I had to stay, she became almost family. I will stay at any BEST WESTERN because of the friendy, caring staff and best kept hotel anywhere.
