Heritage Inn Hotel And Convention Centre

Average room, average cleanliness (surface level). I didn't like that there wasn't a swing lock on the door. When I checked in I asked about the breakfast (included in the rate I paid on Hotels.com) and I was given a menu for the restaurant on site. When I got to breakfast in the morning, I was informed I could only order 1 of 3 items. Pool/Hot tub area was nice, I liked that I could control the music.

Very comfortable hotel. We stayed here as part of our Caravan Tours Canadian Rockies visit. It was convenient to Waterton, Glacier and a good stopping and starting point on our way to Banff. Friendly and helpful staff!! Clean room! Very nice hotel for such a small town! Walking distance to a convenience store! Loved the lounge!

Good Hotel passing by. Lost in thin air but in a great position to transit from the Glacier NP to the Banff NP. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice and clean even the pool allows you to relax after a long day.
