Red Deer Lodge Hotel

My husband and I had a mini staycation over the long weekend and we are very picky on choosing the right hotel. based on research on line including TripAdvisor, we decided on Red Deer Resort’s club room which had great food and a nice view, we decided on the club room based on reviewers’ recommendations and they were right!! The ladies in the club lounge were warm and friendly, food was good, it also came with a drink and appies for the evening, we had a great relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Walking around we noticed they had signs for comedy nights coming up and even concerts, there is even a casino with a nice Chinese buffet, will have to try that one….a great staycation and will definitely come back for more. Honestly speaking, the hotel needs some update on their guest room based on “Resort” category, but the staff’s service and the cleanliness level reflect the higher management’s skill. I am not surprised this hotel achieves 2026 Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award, we will highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Red Deer area! P.T.

The front desk manager Irish made our trip amazing. Her accommodating service and friendliness were outstanding. Front desk Shaleen was a delight and extremely helpful. I would also like to acknowledge the maintenance crew of Landon and Jonathon who went above and beyond with their customer service. The staff in the club room were also wonderful. The stay in the hotel was memorable.

We have a very good time at Red Deer Resort, front desk staff are very friendly and polite. It is an older hotel but well maintained and upkeep! Our room had a minor issue on our toilet, call the front desk to address the issue and maintenance guy came to our room to fix the issue right away, this hotel is well managed. Two restaurants on site and the food is very good! Will definitely keep returning!
