BEST WESTERN WAINWRIGHT INN

All of the staff we interacted with were exceptionally professional and friendly. The welcome we received from Ron(?) on the front desk was just what we needed after a long journey to the hotel. The housekeeping staff always said hello and wished us a good day. Breakfast was exemplary. Hermione kept the stock levels high, even when it was very busy, or nearing closing time. The breakfast area was kept clean throughout the time it was open and if, as was the case when we were there, the hotel was busy they opened up their Board Room area as an overflow for breakfast to provide enough seating for everyone. Our room was kept clean throughout our stay and the housekeeping staff attended to our every need. We definitely got the impression that the team that worked there are proud of “their” hotel.

This hotel is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at! Staff were exceptional. Breakfast had fresh fruit and lost of choices.

- Check in was a bit rushed and there was no paperwork provided regarding breakfast times. But front desk lady was more knowledgeable than the guy who answered the phone late-night, who didn't know the breakfast times. - Nice that the front desk lady searched and added my Rewards member number to the reservation. - Room was clean enough. Complicated to get fireplace to turn on and off, but maintenence came up right away to help. In-suite jacuzzi worked well. Ample amount of assorted towels. However, shampoo and conditioner bottles are extremely small, and only one of each was provided for two persons, two nights stay, in a Jacuzzi suite. Shower was good, if you're ok with low-flow shower heads. Bathrobes were nice. Would be nice if there was a digital alarm clock in the room. Phone worked the first night, and didn't the second. - Complimentary breakfast was quite nice with lots of options. Dining area is quite small though. Unfortunately it is only open until 9:00 a.m. weekdays, and 10 a.m. on weekends. They weren't refilling boiled eggs or berry compote.
