Holiday Inn Express Whitecourt Southeast

I stayed one night for a business trip. The hotel is like other Holiday Inns I have stayed at so my room was clean, they had a lot of options for breakfast and the customer service was fantastic. Amanda checked me and my colleague in and she was friendly, personable and she alone made the hotel shine. Upon our request she put me and my colleague in adjoining rooms. She also gave us a great recommendation for dinner in the area. She was efficient in checking us into our rooms and greeted us by our first names as soon as we arrived. If I were to come back to Whitecourt I would stay here again.

Had to stay for 4 night for work training...clean, tidy...white fluffy towels! Whitecourt is a busy town and this hotel is nearer the residential area, different food places to eat at other that burgers!!

This hotel must be fairly new, is great looking, clean, and very appealing. We connected with a number of staff during our short one night stay, and all were very friendly. We had a king bed room. It was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The TV was smaller than we are used to seeing, but good channels from Telus. A good selection of food for breakfast, although I would have preferred to have had fresh fried eggs over the scrambled or cheese omelet versions, which seemed more of an instant product. Otherwise lots of choices for your particular tastes. Overall a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work!
