I had made this booking through booking.com. I arrived late evening, they said I needed a credit card for deposit. I do not have one... Told me I could not check in. I offered a cash deposit, it was turned down. They still get my payment through booking com. A gentleman was there and allowed meto e-transfer to him to make another booking on his card. So I ended up paying double for the room. It was late notice to look around for anything else in the area

Absolutely awful, was letting everyone but me check in after taking my phone and emailing himself from my phone, took my ID and my money, racist and misogynistic

Now that the Alpine Inn opened their brand new 2 story wing in June 2026, they are a fantastic budget motel. Everything is brand new. The management are wonderful. It was a very safe stay.
