Best Western Country Meadows Inn

I booked for a three night stay but checked out after the first night due to the cleaniness of the hotel. I notified the front desk before 12PM about the my early changes and yet they charge me the following night saying i did not gave them a 24 hour notice.

This was absolutely the worst experience ever—and it’s not the first time at this location. I thought it might be better now, but they proved me wrong. I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids. According to hotel policy and my booking, kids under 12 stay free, so I assumed we were fine, including my toddler. But after arriving from the U.S. at midnight, they told me I had to pay for an additional room. I ended up leaving my family and going to another place to stay. From now on, I will never, ever try to visit this location again. Terrible, just terrible. (Confirmation number: 611293430)

Nice little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for work. The only draw back is no laundry service, the hotel does have a washer and dryer, but these take change. Unfortunately, using the company credit card, this had its difficulties.
