Excellent hotel for business traveler. Great hospitable staff, clean rooms ,good location. Every thing is close by. Hotel restaurant food was very good.

This hotel is a gem — our family has met there four years in a row. It’s nicely situated with easy access to Skytrain or driving downtown but the great restaurants— Cactus Club and oeb— make it easy to eat nearby. The rooms are perfect and luxurious. I appreciate the suite with a kitchen so I can have coffee and breakfast. I adore the outdoor pool and hot tub— that’s really what sets it apart for me.

Staff was polite. The rooms were adequately cleaned but had evidence of the last guest’s stay. The policy for the fitness room needs to change however. Most hotels have a 24 hr open door to their fitness rooms to accommodate travellers’ schedules. This one does not and would not adjust even after being asked. Working out is an integral part of daily life and when a hotel’s hours do not accommodate a traveler’s business schedule it is time for a change. Will never stay here again and will not recommend it to others.
