Excellent hotel with water slide and pool, spacious rooms full kitchenette facility's in the rooms including full fridge and dishwasher. Very hardworking staff and good breakfasts. Located near a bunch of local stores including 7/11 and the IGA. A must if yiu are staying in town for business or personal. Will defiantly stay again.

The hotel entrance and lobby looked clean. But reception services was very poor. There was someone being trained. Yet the trainer did not talk to us about available amenities and breakfast time. Nor where to locate the wifi password. The service was poor. But the worst is how this new trainee will function well with such a quality of training. However, the rugs in the second floor looked clean old buy the rooms and rugs were very clean and well kept.

pros - staff was nice , pool was fun and slide was awesome. breakfast was awesome with lots of options for everyone. Day 2 the sausages were very cold but flavourful. cons- hot tub was not working . excessively hot in our room and the AC was not working . we advised staff of this after the first night but the issue was not dealt with. there were light bulbs in room burnt out so it was dark . carpets and couches were soiled and stained . when we pulled out the couch hide a bed there were crumbs on the mattress. there was no ice tub in the room and it was a long search for staff to track one down. they did not do any housekeeping in our room on our two day stay which was odd.
