Heritage Inn Hotel and Convention Centre

The heritage lounge was poor. It was not busy, yet it took almost 40 minutes to get my clubhouse sandwich. Yet someone who came in well after I orded got their food first. Never again.

Room was clean and modern. The breakfast was quite adequate. The pool, however was not useable as the water was too cold.

This place is beyond needing a renovation, it needs to be torn down. Either you have a working but very loud A/C and bathroom fan, or they don't work at all. The rooms are dirty and musty. Staff is ignorant and ignore the do not disturb signs on the door. And it does not matter what floor you get put on, you have to take stairs. The sign at the front says "If you can't be nice, leave". Maybe this should be shown to your employees daily as they need it to apply to them as well.
