Park is great Vacation was awesome Great atmosphere However saliuur was very rude to us and rude to the poor girl at the front desk Yelled at her in front of us! Not a great start to our vacation Very poor management... It was a shame to see how she was being treated 😒😒 not impressed

We booked a premium cottage at Santa’s Village expecting a clean, comfortable family getaway — instead, we were placed directly between the garbage dumpsters and the RV sewage cleanout station. The location made it hard to enjoy any time outside; the smell was overwhelming, and having to sit near active waste disposal completely ruined the atmosphere. One of the most disappointing moments was during Story Time, when Santa decided to publicly admonished our children for in a way that felt inappropriate and unnecessarily harsh for being a little silly and giggling. What was supposed to be a lighthearted, magical experience turned into an embarrassing and upsetting one that will stay with them throughout their childhood. While there were a few small moments we tried to salvage, the overall experience fell far short of what was advertised and expected. Definitely not the kind of family memory we hoped for.

The size of the campsite is too small,,Just been there with my group,we reserved 5 campsite for 5 families.Two campsites are too closed to playground.
