We were in Grand Forks for two nights and stayed in this motel which has seen better days. The good points were that it was clean and had a VERY comfortable bed. And there wasn't anything 'bad' about it - it just needs upgrading, some paint, etc. It's fine and centrally enough located to get anywhere you need to go, but it's higher priced than it should be for what it is.

Great location with restaurants and grocery stores near by. We stayed in a double queen room. Room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was supplied with room booking great simple options.

Our room was renovated and super clean, with a comfortable bed. The large pool, even at 9 pm, was very warm! The included continental breakfast is very nice, with warm hard-boiled eggs too. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. And a great rate for summer!
