Ramada Kamloops

Wonderful staff and clean room. Great bed.

My stay was disappointing overall. The rooms felt outdated — it was clear some cosmetic updates had been made, but nothing that addressed the underlying wear. The hot tub was visibly murky and unusable, and there was an old couch left on its side in the staircase, which made the property feel poorly maintained and neglected. The views were the only genuine highlight of the stay. EV charging is a scam as they'll charge you $1/min idle fees but not disclose this anywhere, beware if you plug in to charge! For the price point, I expected considerably more. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the property has potential that isn't being realized.

First time to stay in Ramada, Kamloops. We've always been using Fairmont, Fairfield or Holiday Inn but thought might give it a go. Location is handy,Price: reasonable. Staff are friendly, Breakfast is okay, Room is clean n comfortable but not soundproof as described. People are lurking n talking very loud along corridor till 0200 hrs, Light shining from the corridor thru the gap on side of door. Had unsettled night.
