The Plaza Heritage Hotel Kamloops

Good enough location, we certainly didn’t get a free upgrade. Could do with some refurbishment especially in our room. staff were helpful , but took an unauthorised payment from my payment card and the communication could have been regarding this. But I did get the service I needed for the payment. Te over and above deposit of $150 took about a week to go back on my card not great.

Great stay & all staff very professional & welcoming! Food is wonderful in the sports restaurant. Very accommodating during my stay.

Not enough parking for guests so we had to park on the street and then wake up early to move our vehicle so we didnt get towed or ticketed. There is another lot beside the hotel lot that they could have a deal with the operator so hotel guests do not have to pay a bunch to park there as an overflow option. The pillows in the rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. I have never seen such small pillows in a hotel before. The breakfast was terrible with very little options. The hallways in the hotel have various fire doors that have labels stating they must remain closed however every single one was propped open.
