RAMADA KELOWNA HOTEL AND CONFE

Good place to sray. Convenient, clean and walkable to shopping and resraurants.

Very disappointing stay. We travelled with a small baby and had informed the hotel in advance, but basic services were repeatedly difficult to get. The crib was broken upon arrival, drinking water was often unavailable, housekeeping was poor, and we had to repeatedly ask for toiletries and other amenities. A tea spill took about an hour to be addressed and the floor remained sticky. Overall, the service was far below our expectations and not what we expected from a Ramada property.

Outdated rooms makes you feel like you stepped in a time machine and went back to the 1960's. Please invest some money and bring the place back to 2026! Young front desk female employee was too busy with social media in her phone then attending to customers.
