Terrible experience. We were given an upgrade to a business class room with a king size bed. After staying in the room I would hate to see what my standard room was like. The room was dusty, old, dated and not clean. The bathroom sink was plugged, the shower head was intermittent. The balcony door was locked. I mentioned to the front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person up but no one arrived. The front desk staff the first night were not helpful when we were leaving the staff was helpful and apologetic. Also food from Mr. Mikes was not good. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all.
