Ramada Lodge Kelowna

perfect location - great staff

I booked my stay through Priceline. Little did i know they charged me in $US. for three nights. I tried to phone Ramada and was bounced back and forth between Priceline and Ramada. I could not get anyone to correct this not even my bank. Second of all Ramada charged my card a damage deposit which I could not get taken off. 'There was no damage. You sleep, you have a shower. The water stays in the tub. My charge should have been around $400. CAD and was around $740. CAD. So book your room directly. I tried to get my damage deposit back when leaving. I tried phoning twice.. Please Ramada phone and refund me.

Comfy room and a nice on site restaurant. However rooms are a bit tired and the out of town location wasn’t great although there are some other food options nearby. Only stayed one night as part of a tour group.
