Our stay was okay. The front office staff were welcoming and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room's cleanliness could be improved. The bathtub was not cleaned well and had noticeable body dirt buildup, which affected our overall impression of the room.

Another great stay! We love coming back here, and Lanie is a big reason why. She provides fantastic service every single time we check out. It’s so nice to see a familiar, helpful face whenever we’re in Kelowna

Do not stay at this hotel!! The main building is in horrible shape. The tower is a little better. First room in the main building had gross mold in the tub area, not clean, no lock on the window and in very rough shape. Requested a move to a second room and in the morning when I went to have a shower there was no hot water for my shower. When I called the front desk about this issue they said "this happens as the water comes from the tower building and has a long way to go." The water did not get hot. I moved rooms again and was told they would put me in a deluxe room in the tower building. The tower room was a little better. It had a ripped curtain, filthy balcony and broken balcony chair. I am surprised that the sandman chain would allow this hotel to operate under their name. Generally the building is in overall horrible shape. In the main building there is a very strong odor of chlorine from the pool. There must be no air filtration installed.
