The Royal Anne

First class, all the way. Comfortable, quiet, and a “Juliet Balcony” I left ajar at night for fresh air. Safe underground parking, and right downtown mere steps from lakeside. It was rebuilt 1973-75. Comparable prices to other hotels in the area. WiFi worked. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars !!

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. Super clean super comfortable beds and great staff. Best breakfast ever in any hotel ive stayed at!

The Royal Anne Hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring downtown Kelowna. We loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the access on the second floor to a balcony area overlooking Bernard Ave. Parking was easy, the staff were helpful and the included breakfast was a great way to start the day without having to dine out. Coffee and water were always available in the lobby. You just can't beat the location as it is walkable to so many downtown Kelowna bars and restaurants. Proximity to the water and the boardwalk is great. Easy drive to great hikes. Would definitely stay here again.
