The Pinnacle at the Pier

Loved seeing the calm water from our hotel room. Very peaceful and relaxing! Excellent front desk service on the phone and in person. Very impressed!

Enjoyed our stay. Would like to see e sign and virtual key in as there was a wait at the reception. It was a great location, and we good service.

After disembarking from a cruise, my wife and I took a taxi to the hotel. It was 8:30am so I knew the room wouldn't be ready until 3pm which was check-in time. The front desk peeps were extremely helpful! We were able to store our luggage at the hotel. The rep then told us to check back about noon to see if he could get us in for early check-in with no charge. So we walked around the 'Shipyard", a beautiful waterfront complex at the base of the hotel. A beautiful and stunning area of Northern Vancouver. Went back at noon and sure enough, he had our room ready! Score! Later that afternoon, I received a text from front desk to welcome my wife and I and if we need anything, don't hesitate to ask. We also given some discount perks for their restaurant and other eateries in the area. The room was absolutely beautiful with a balcony overlooking the pier and a view of downtown Vancouver. The hotel is in a prime location with everything you need: food, drinks, live music, atmosphere, stunning views! We took the Seabus which is about a quick 10 minute walk from hotel, into downtown Vancouver. What a beautiful city! Since our flight the following morning was at 830, the hotel was able to reserve a taxi to take us to airport at 5:30am. Everything about this hotel was smooth and you can tell they strive to serve their guests with the utmost professionalism and the highest service.
