Highly recommend the Watermark Resort. Outstanding hotel and the staff are incredibly caring and professional. The bistro is wonderful and the amenities are first class. We stay there often and look forward to our next visit.

I have been going to the Watermark Resort for more than 10 years and it is a highlight of the summer travel across southern BC. It is a perfect mid-trip stop a drive from Vancouver to the Kootenays. I have stayed in a variety of room sizes, on every floor and our favourites are the lake view suites. The ground floor suites offer easy access to the pool and the BBQs and the upper floors have great vies of the lake and the mountains. Over the years the prices have risen but in comparison to other properties in Osoyoos I feel it is still the best value. When you stay here you should visit the Park Bistro at least once. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. Just don't forget to make reservations. Even though this is a great family property we have never had a problem with noise as we have encountered at other hotels in the areas.

A group of couples each got our own townhomes for the month of April. The living area is generous enough to entertain 6-8 easily and 10 in a pinch. The location is excellent with a grocery store and craft brewery steps away and many restaurants with in walking distance. We had a few very minor issues (mal-functioning blinds, missing bbq tongs) but within an hour of calling housekeeping, smiling staff were at the door ready to remedy the situation.
