Check in with Lynn was fast, friendly & fabulous! Our room was on the first floor which was ideal! Had we chosen to swim in the indoor pool, which we didn’t, I’m sure it would have been great. Our room was huge, clean & comfortable. Spacious bathroom & super coffee maker! TV was an ample size, strong wifi and A/C & really comfortable beds. A Denny’s is attached to the hotel which makes a hungry tourist grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we visit our friends!

HOW is it even a thing for this hotel to be so dead the other night with just 5 cars out back all night and overnight I noticed and again in am I saw and to not space out the rooms! WHY did I have two guests by my room side to side! I had to hear loud bangs by door closes and slams early am and the tv to hear up until 11 luckily only. A p off and bad planning by front desk. DOT NOT just make it super easy the next am for cleans and SPACE out your guests as so easy when dead. I wrote too and no reply! Of course! Hot tub jets were saving grace here. Getting so old and no upgrades or renos.

Hotel had all I needed, convenient location, comfortable room, lots of parking. Was able to accommodate an early check in. Hotels in Penticton are, unfortunately pricey; this was on the slightly lower end. Pool is smallish, located in a nice atrium with hot tub. I stayed in room 156 (standard, queen, main floor) which was not pool facing, so a little quieter. For the most part, the 10 pm quiet time was enforced. Staff were all very helpful & friendly!
