**5 Stars – A Pleasant Surprise and an Excellent Overnight Stop** We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Coalinga while traveling through California, and it turned out to be one of the nicest surprises of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy after a long day on the road. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We appreciated how quiet the hotel was, allowing us to get a great night's sleep before continuing our journey. One thing that stood out was that this property feels more like a traditional hotel than a motel. We've stayed at other Best Westerns on this trip, and while they were very good, this one had a more upscale hotel atmosphere that we really appreciated. The fitness center was more than adequate for an overnight stay, with everything I needed for a good workout. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, offering a nice selection of hot and cold items before getting back on the road. The location is convenient right off Interstate 5, making it an excellent choice for travelers heading north or south through California. Overall, we were extremely impressed with this property. If our travels take us through the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. It's clean, comfortable, quiet, and offers excellent value for the price.

Friendly staff in a good location downtown! Rooms were up to date, and had nice covered parking available. The front desk had passes to use the Golds Gym across the street and the local pool for workouts since they don’t have their own fitness center which was a huge perk!

Worse I’ve ever seen , not unless you like sleeping with bedbugs in your bed I have pictures and videos , and when I took it to reception they contacted the manager on call and he was an as-hole . Stay away from this hotel
