Coast Prince Rupert Hotel

I arrived at 10 a.m. and was told I couldn't check in till 4 p.m. Has to be the worst place ever. No where to go and wait 6 hours to check in. Never will I stay here again.

The whole building smelled like old cigarette smoke. The hallway outside our room had ongoing renovations. The entrance to the hotel smelled like old cigarette smoke that been unsuccessfully covered up with strong cleaners. Breakfast was fine - average continental breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and fine for the night after a long ferry ride.

Very comfortable room, very clean too. Staff was very helpful. Only one block from the airport bus drop-off. Reasonable breakfast included. I was talking to someone who used this hotel for business too and they had changed to the Prestige Oceanview finding it preferable to other options.
