Canada's Best Value Westward Inn

Lance could not have been more accommodating. With flight delays/challenges he went beyond and ensured that we had a room when our arrival time was beyond late check in. I will be forever grateful as it was a godsend to a challenging travel period. The location was great, we noted the next day the motel was a stone's throw from a mall, a bus stop, with several restaurants very near by [Wendy's next door]. The room was bright and clean with a microwave and coffee pot. So nice it was to also have access to coffee in the office in the morning...another godsend! The staff are amazing here, and because of this great service and welcome, we will definitely stay here again should our journey find us in the Metro Vancouver Area. Thank you Lance!

I recently stayed here for an extended week. Ill be honest the rooms are not as nice as a luxury hotel but the price is 60% or more cheaper. My room was cleaned every day and the room did not smell the bed was decent enough. The towels and sheets were clean. Overall if luxury is your thing, this is not the hotel for you. But if you have value in my mind this is a great deal for what you get. Awesome location friendly staff and as clean as one could expect. I recommend for anyone who wants a cheap place to sleep with a great location. would stay again for sure. Next time I would get the kitchenette room, so I could save even more money then paying to eat out.

Came for family reunion and ended up questioning the staff. Firstly, the location is great! And the beds are very comfortable. Now for the bad… Unfortunately, the rooms are run down and maybe it was just ours but I requested a change and they were accommodating. When we went to move rooms we went to an appointment and some $$$ had been removed and I know this because our duvet had been removed and the other $$ remained. Let me clarify this by saying it was just a toonie but it was the principle of it and dishonesty once we questioned it to the staff in the office and then the disregard and blatant lies told to our faces. I would absolutely not approach someone in regards to this unless I was 100% sure of this. We didn’t want a confrontation so decided to let it go because we appreciated their willingness to move us into a different room due to the lack there of cleanliness. The new room was very clean and we thanked them for that. Unfortunately, because of the theft with our room, we probably wouldn’t return.
