Executive Hotel Vintage Park Vancouver

We stayed one night at this hotel with my family for a rooftop wedding reception. We expected the $60 parking fee, but staff explained they take the car because self-parking is unavailable. Entering the lobby, we were greeted by broken and worn furniture that looked as though it had come from a clearance or damaged goods sale. The elevator ride revealed a strong, musty odor in the hallways with little airflow. Inside the room, the layout felt odd and not worth $600. The beds were extremely firm, and the sheets were more starched than those at a military camp. Water damage marked the ceiling, while peeling paint covered parts of the bathroom. The room smelled just as musty as the corridor. The air conditioner was so loud that sleep was difficult, yet it had to stay on because of the poor air and odor. For this price, it was the worst hotel I have ever visited. Other wedding guests staying here shared the same view. I would never return, as it is far too expensive; I have seen more class at a Holiday Inn. One guest described the hot tub as horrible and uncleaned. Also, if you need Wi-Fi, it hardly works. If you want a location within walking distance of downtown Vancouver, this works, but you will pay $700 plus for a 1.4-star room

This hotel was a superb choice for a getaway with my friend. We were right in the middle of the city with easy walking to everything. The hotel has the best bar and happy hour on the rooftop with a fun scene and is a great way to start your evening. The hotel room was super clean and felt luxurious and had comfortable beds while still being well priced for the peak time that we visited. I definitely recommend getting the breakfast as it was lovely and a generous size and served à la carte with really friendly servers. The guest services manager Kiti made us feel so special and welcome and I will be back to this hotel for sure (and will be recommending to all of my friends)
