Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport

The staff at this Holliday Inn property was absolutely first class! I would like to recognize Omar, who was the Bell Hopp on this particular day. He is very polite and, the hardest working staff member I have come across in a very long time. As an IHG Patinum Elite member, I am happy to see a staff that cares this much about the customer experience!!

There are 8 of us, we just got in from cruise..Staff worked to make sure my cousin got his room quickly as he did not feel well.. Omar Ramirez met us at our coach, made sure to get our luggage taken care of. He made sure my cousin had everything he needed. He would Not let us carry our bags to rooms...He took care of us just as much as cruise staff did! We were very grateful, of course we are tired, he made it a lot easier...And the girls at check in, unfortunately I don't know names, they were very helpful!! We payed $600 for a downtown , very fancy Hotel , YOUR HOTEL IS MUCH MORE Impressive, Holiday Inn will be my go to place from now on!! Debra Morris

Nice, clean hotel with very nice staff. Room was clean and had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.
