Super 8 Victoria

We have stayed twice in this motel.We love it's location especially for evening walk. Very affordable and free breakfast We found rooms clean only lift is not very safe. . It needs updating. But Victoria travel is for sightseeing not staying inside.

I did not read reviews of this hotel in advance. We enjoy staying at Wyndham hotels, and were happy to find this one available in Victoria. Not impressed from the moment we arrived. Stayed a few hours, and then checked out after finding a place to stay nearby. This hotel is NOT up. Wyndham hotel standards.

Room on third floor back was entirely adequate for our one night stay to attend some Labour Day weekend festivals. Room was clean, beds were comfy and continental breakfast was plentiful with a number of choices. AC/heater unit was unplugged but we need neither (there was a fan in case it got too hot and the window did open). Front desk staff were friendly and efficient and breakfast room attendant was 'on the ball'. As reported by others, wi-fi was slow as molasses or not able to connect.
