This is a hotel in an area of Kamloops with many other properties, close to a large mall and the Trans Canada Highway.
The hotel itself is a typical Hampton Inn property. Good and clean public areas, good parking, and good service.
Rooms are well appointed and with all the amenities you expect. Large space and good bathroom.
The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good.
My only issue is an extremely noisy AC unit. Every time it turns on feels like a car ir running.
The included breakfast is quite good.
My two other concerns are the lack of a restaurant, solved with a bar and grill and a Tim Hortons one block away. They also offer a small pantry to buy snacks and beverages; and one (!!!!) slow elevator for the whole building. I ended up walking up and down the stairs (4 floors) every time as the hotel was full and it took forever to get to the elevator.
Overall good experience at a quite steep price.
