BEWARE this hotel is a shady business! Handra refused to cancel a reservation and tried to get me to book another night and scam me out of even more money.

Handra is absolutely AMAZING!!! she went above and beyond for us during our stay. Stayed in a room with two queen beds and they were so comfy. Room was spotless, and had everything we needed. Wifi worked perfectly. If we ever have to stay in Vancouver again this is the #1 pick from me 😊😊😊
