Douglas Guest House

Staying at the Douglas Guest House was a very wonderful experience!! Very clean professionally done up rooms in a terrific quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was a nice send off to start the day!!

Thank you for a very nice 4-day stay at Douglas House. We had one of the downstairs suites. The noise above us was minimal and the neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. We found everything perfect for us, myself, my husband and my sister. Since we had to be present at the Hospital during our stay, the location and all the surrounding restaurants and services was perfect. Your breakfasts were right on-point, just enough and the staff at the house are so nice and made us feel comfortable in every way. We really appreciated the hospital discount because sometimes staying in Vancouver is excessively expensive and this was not a "holiday" for our family. And the parking spot was very much appreciated as well. I will definitely be back again, under better circumstances I hope, and I will tell my friends about your guest houses as well. I was most happy that all the staff were so helpful and friendly. When you keep in mind this is a very old heritage house, it's in great shape with so much character and comfort.

Many years ago we stayed at this property often. We recently again, had the opportunity to do so again. Nothing has changed. It is still a wonderful property with great service. Close to transit, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and priced appropriately. Thanks for a great stay,,
