I stayed in a room with 1 single bed and a shared bathroom. The description was clear on what I was getting. I was only there for one night, and the price was great, so I was happy. It was clean, close to everything I needed, and very cute. My limited interactions with the staff were friendly, except that when I checked in he did say my room number out loud instead of just pointing it out on my key. The bed was comfortable. If I had a longer stay I would opt for a bathroom in the room, but for what I needed it was perfect and well priced.

The evening shift (looks Asian) was arguing with baggage deliver man (looks Indian/Pakistanian) couple hours after my check in, I was feeling embarrased However, there are some things are good for explain such us free laundry with wash ball, location near Canada line and business area, window can display the national flags as well

Excellent service. Very clean, comfortable and cosy boutique hotel. Very pleasant, polite, well dressed and helpful staff. Wifi worked perfectly.
