Ramada Inn And Suites Downtown

The photos on their website are not accurate at all - the rooms don't look like that and we had 3 rooms with sticky "wood" floors, not carpet (which is probably a good thing.) It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. 1. The price was completely out of line for the "Quality" of the property. (over $300/night - I guess because it was summer? 2. We did not feel safe. Homeless laying around, people taking drugs right in front of us, prostitutes, etc were allowed right outside the entrance/exit of the property. We had to walk through smoke just the enter the hotel lobby and we had a pregnant woman in our group. 3. The parking situation was terrible and OUR rental car was released to another guest! How is that even possible?? We had to meet up with them by the airport to trade cars!! 4. The hallway to our room smelled of urine and other various, very pungent odors, filthy, stained carpet, dirty walls and dirty door handle to our room. I almost turned around to leave at that point but didn't have another place to go. 5. We got into the room (which did smell better than the hall) but our shoes were sticking to the floor. 6. We cut our trip short and cancelled our 2nd night for these reasons. I could NEVER recommend this property to anyone.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you don’t mind your hotel room sounding like it is in the middle of a nightclub! The club next door was so loud we could hear the music perfectly in our room. Of course they do not tell you that when you book or check in. Do not recommend staying here no matter how cheap!!!!

Bathroom fan noisy like a fire truck; Noisy air conditioner that prevents you from sleeping!
