We’ve stayed here a few times now when we need to fly in and out of YVR, and it’s always a good stay. The staff are what make it — particularly kind and helpful every visit. A special mention to Nancy at the front desk. There was a huge group checking in ahead of my dad and me, and she got through them quickly and still had time to be lovely with us. She had us in our room right away. Thank you, Nancy!

Nancy at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful! I had accidentally booked the wrong room, and she was very understanding and flexible in helping me switch to the room I needed. She was so friendly and welcoming, and her wonderful service made me want to stay here again. The room was also very clean, and the location is super convenient and close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Considering the price paid….close to $500….this was disappointing. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport which we were using early the next morning plus their provision of a shuttle. In those respects the hotel came through. On the down side was the tired appearance of the room. It was small enough that we had to open a suitcase on the bed while another used the desktop. The toilet was low enough that I had to struggle to get up. There were no grab bars in the bathtub…..even seasonal hotels in Dawson City have those….and the restaurant did not open until 8 am!! We only incidentally noticed a coffee machine as we were checking out…..it was not pointed out but reception upon our arrival……and there were no eats/snacks available for early departures. I expected more.
