Loved my stay here! Beautiful place, clean room and loved the robes. The staff was helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

The design and build of the hotel was beautiful. But clearly not designed by anyone who travels . There is not enough room to place the suitcase rack and still move around the room. The bathroom has no space to place toiletries or even hang a toiletry kit. The elevator is always about 15° too warm . On the upside the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable .

5 out of 5. The rooms were extremely nice. The service was outstanding. When my wife became before the room was to be ready, your staff made another room available to her so she could lay down. They then surprised us by moving us to our originally planned room when it was available. Very unexpected but greatly appreciated. Then staff again went out of their way at 3:30 am to make sure we met our ride to the airport on time! Look forward to our next stay with you in Vancouver!
