Best Western Plus Vernon Lodge Conf Ctr

The people at front desk are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no problem finding parking space. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely will be back. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Had a great overall stay at Prestige Vernon Lodge—the inner atrium and atmosphere are wonderful for families. However, our room had a couple of frustrating issues: the bathroom sink was clogged, and the mini-fridge wasn't cooling properly. Unfortunately, that ruined all the fresh fruit and food we brought for our beach trip the next day. ​Great property overall, but room maintenance definitely needs closer attention!

We travelled from Penticton to this hotel to go to the Cabana restaurant and it was very good! Some of the dishes very were very big portions which was a little bit too much for my group of 5! The fries were the best fries I’ve ever eaten! The jungle setting was great, and the staff was very nice!
