Had a great stay from Sep 10-13. front desk staff were great. check in was quick and easy. shuttle services were also very convenient. Reed was amazing. great location. Parking was easy. best staff was at the Lounge and restaurant. Brian, Brendan, Hanna, Adianna (Spelling Error) she was Calgary Fan. felt sorry for her lol Sandeep kept our room so clean. will be forsure back next year in August. cant wait to see my new friends !!! Thank You!!! Ravi

One night into a three night stay. Paying for two rooms. One an accessible room. Find out hotel shuttle is from 2:30-10pm. Which is ridiculous, especially for disabled guests. Its quite the walk from the hotel to downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive. The little ferry is $18 per person One way! Only one elevator is working, and will be the case for at least two days says guy from maintenance. Check in was wonderfully pleasant. Guess my expectations when Paying this much for two rooms is a little high, lol. Front desk staff, less than knowledgeable today. Breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coast Victoria Hotel and Marina and honestly I cannot fault it, the location is absolutely fabulous and right by the water so we could walk to loads of restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. The rooms were spotlessly clean and so comfy, we slept like babies every night and the beds were extremely perfect for a good rest. The swimming pool was brilliant, we spent ages in there and the kids loved it too. What really made the trip though was the staff, every single one of them was so helpfull and friendly, always going out of their way to sort anything we needed and give us tips on what to see around Victoria. The whole place felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Lovely, lovely stay and thank you to the whole team.
