Location is great to Government St where everything is happening. Be sure to take the bus if you are coming in on the ferry…$3.00 as opposed to $75.00 Uber Room was small but the heated bathroom floor was heaven!!Front desk was very helpful!!!

Great hotel. Clean rooms and facilities and highly accessible to downtown Victoria's shops and restaurants. It ranks high among the best hotels we've stayed in all our travels. What made it special for us was the friendly and accomodating hotel staff. In particular we enjoyed enteracting with Arlene, Jinny and Sangay. My wife and I will definitely look them up again.

We greatly appreciated the comfort of the hotel and its excellent location. The welcome was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We also loved The Palms restaurant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
