Red Lion Inn & Suites

We spent 5 nights at the Red Lion. The practical side is that there is a fridge, a stove with utensils (very few), but still... The beds are comfortable and clean. A table that is not very sturdy and a sofa that is not very clean, which we covered with a sheet. However, the amenities outweigh the quality. We are close to places to visit (by car). Would I recommend it? Yes, for the amenities it offers.

Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed the location, room size was decent enough for 2 adults. Mattress was really king size with extra comfort. No sagging in middle like few places. Neatly stacked kitchenette and cutleries. They oblige for cleaning of room & changing of linens. Only disadvantage was the bathroom. Its so narrow and small, only commode and bathtub could be fitted. Washbasin was placed outside . Overpriced i felt-200 dollars per night for off season is little too much. Compromised ourselves, saying it’s Victoria 😁the capital of Beautiful British Columbia. Highly Recommend to stay. Its 40 minutes walk to downtown-3.4kms. We enjoyed walking. They ample free parking space.

I was charged US funds, I am in Canada. I did not go to the US so why was I charged US funds. So pissed off. Please peeps watch and make sure you are not getting scammed.
