The Fairmont Empress

Great hotel, beautiful decor rooms very spacious. Bed very comfortable great service staff very accommodating. Our room came with special perks, full buffet breakfast access to VIP lounge with unlimited beverages, snacks, in room coffee service the concierge desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Location was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Empress. Check-in was seamless, parking was easy and convenient, and our room was absolutely perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. A special thank you to Max in Concierge, who was amazing. His dining recommendations were spot on and helped make our visit even more memorable. We also loved the hotel's rich history and unique character. The blend of luxury, service, and historical charm makes the Fairmont Empress a truly special place to stay. We can't wait to return!
