Great location, literally 10 minutes walk from Whistler Village Centre and the Gondola, Bars and Restaurants. First impression, cosy looking hotel with wilderness lodge/chalet style hotel with lots of stone walls, wooden beams and fireplaces/fire pits. Check in was quick, easy and efficient. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious and with a great air con system. Service and staff was excellent, every member of staff was courteous, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. When it comes to amenities, you’ll find several high quality bars and restaurants, both inside and outside. Good size heated swimming pool and multiple hot tubs. The gym was a great size, well stocked and a high quality spa. In house electric mountain bikes are available for hire at no cost. All in all, Four Seasons Whistler is a really pleasant, top quality hotel that I’d recommend for anyone looking for an adventurous holiday with warm luxury accommodation.

The location is beautiful! Our stay was immediately disrupted by being checked into a room that was NOT clean! After traveling more than 6 hours to the destination, arriving to a an unkept room, being moved after midnight, was only the beginning. After dining in the restaurant for breakfast the next day, we returned to our room hoping to catch a nap before afternoon activities, only to find that our keys had been cancelled. Resolved rather quickly, which was nice. The icing on the cake…concierge sold us on the salmon bake jeep tour for a couples excursion. We were excited to explore and celebrate our friend’s birthday. The excursion was cancelled 3 hours before our scheduled arrival time. Not for weather, but apparently, the wilderness company has an 8 person requirement to breakeven. We totally understand the economics. However, the concierge never shared this ahead of booking and spent ample time explaining how bad the jeep glacier tour was by comparison. So when the wilderness company offered the exact tour as a replacement, we definitely didn’t see that as a viable option. We should’ve stayed at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. This place wasn’t worth the money, missed service expectations, and the patio over hangs are filthy.
