Horstman House

Waiting outside a door for an hour and a half for someone to come and reprogram the lock because we were given the wrong key code is not a great welcome. We were told the maintenance person was nearby. Then told it would be a few minutes. Then told it would be ten minutes. Clear and truthful answers would have been helpful as well as giving customers a working key code is just a basic. Chairs near the elevator would have been helpful while we waited. There was just a window ledge to sit on. The carpets are too dirty to sit on.

We've been there more than once. Great layouts, nice quiet part of Whistler. Great location for Lost Lake and Blackcomb, a bit further from Whistler but there is a free shuttle. Unground parking is tight but it is secure. There is small pool but the outdoor area around the pool has lounging and a BBQ for cooking. Kitchenette's were perfect. We stayed on the mountain side so views limited but the trees knocked the heat down on hot August days - no air conditioning in the units. Decor getting older but place was clean and in great condition. There is a pool table and great foyer at the front entrance. The bike storage room is large and seems quite secure. Staff were great. We will definitely consider staying again.

We had a really great experience here. The apartment was affordable. It was very nice, very comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment met our needs, and the amenities were great! I'd really like to come back more often :)
